Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order a study?
Where can I find a consent form for the patient to fill in?
What happens next?
The nurse/technologists employed by the hospital will set up the patient with the Neurovationacquisition system. Additional deltoid EMG/EOG and ECG are applied as standard. Provided a good internet connection is available, the patient’s EEG is available to view on the cloud almost immediately, with a lag of just a few seconds.
What are the benefits of EEG on the cloud?
This allows doctors access their patient information from anywhere at any time of the day. They are able to make decisions for their patient in real-time, allowing for better patient care overall.
How will our nursing staff be supported?
Neurovation Academy runs an onboarding assistant technologist programme where we provide all nursing staff who are involved in EEG who are employed by the hospital with training on the basic aspects of EEG. This covers everything from electrode application, to montage creation and basic pattern recognition.
What Technical support is available?
We have a team on the ground in Saudi Arabia who are available to assist with questions and support you in case of any issues with the software. We provide each department with the contact details for their allocated technical support officer.
In the initial stages of the programme, we will have a physical presence in each branch for support at least 1 day/week.

How do I learn how to use the software?
Our Clinical Neurophysiology Lead is able to arrange group software training sessions or individual sessions online where they would be able to demonstrate to you all aspects of the software.
